Resilience Dive Team at AAC
Anoka Aquatic Center Resilience Dive Team
Resilience Dive Team is a summer diving club to be offered as a hybrid model for divers who are currently on a high school dive team and incoming 7th graders who are interested in joining their High School team. This summer session will include time in the pool on Mondays and Wednesdays, as well as, online training on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Coached by Kelsey Black. Kelsey is the dive coach for Champlin Park High School. The 2020 season will be her 10th year coaching diving. She is excited to offer Resilience Dive Team at the Anoka Aquatic Center for the 2020 pool season.

Cost: $150/diver for the season
Monday & Wednesday
Stations on the board and off the board will include training and dryland. This will also help reinforce social distancing among team members.

Tuesday & Thursday
Will include dryland, yoga, drills, and visualization
Athletes may join for live sessions on Google Meet or access slides and videos posted in Google Classroom.
A Google Classroom will be set up to facilitate online training, along with a linked calendar to access the live and self-guided aspects.

Inclement Weather Policy:
Diving is never canceled due to cold temperatures or rain. The pool is heated to a minimum of 83 degrees. If it is storming out, group will cover on land training skills.
All athletes MUST come prepared in their swimsuits, changing rooms will not be available. All athletes MUST shower prior to entering the water. Showers will NOT be available after practice.
