This division of the city’s Public Services operates the municipal water and sanitary sewer systems.
City water is provided through an extensive system of wells, water towers, pumping facilities, chemical treatment and filtering to ensure that the water in the City is safe to drink.
Waste water flows through pipes under the streets which convey it to a metropolitan treatment plant.
